An Injunction has been filed by the property owners of the Cove on the Ohio River, located on the Indiana side of the Ohio River at the tip of Six Mile Island .  This Injunction would prohibit boaters from entering this public water way at Six Mile Island .  If you are against the closure of this public waterway and would like your voice heard, please download the attached petition and distribute it to be signed by all those that wish to protest this Injunction.

Once the petition is full of signatures please mail it to the address on the petition.  Please make copies and pass the word on so that we can make a stance and have our concerns heard.   Return all the signed petitions by April 30th, 2008, to American Yacht Sales, 909 Main Street, Shelbyville, Kentucky 40065 and we will get them to the appropriate authorities.
